Title 20 › CHAPTER 38 — DISCRIMINATION BASED ON SEX OR BLINDNESS › § 1683
Agency actions taken under section 1682 must be open to court review just like other similar agency actions. If an action that normally could not be reviewed stops or refuses financial help because someone failed to follow rules under section 1682, any person harmed (including a State, local government, or their agencies) can ask for judicial review under chapter 7 of title 5, and that action cannot be treated as unreviewable under section 701 of that title.
