Allows groups and schools serving Native American and Alaska Native children to get federal funding. Eligible entities include Indian tribes; tribally approved education authorities; Native Hawaiian or Pacific Islander language education groups; Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) schools or consortia; BIE‑funded or contracted elementary or secondary schools teaming with other schools, tribes, or community groups; and partnerships that pair BIE schools with colleges. Any eligible group that wants federal money must apply to the Secretary. If it gets funds under this rule, it cannot also receive a subgrant under section 6824.
