Title 21 › Chapter 7— PRACTICE OF PHARMACY AND SALE OF POISONS IN CONSULAR DISTRICTS IN CHINA › § 202
Lets certain people and businesses keep doing specific drug-related acts without being stopped by the law, unless later parts say otherwise. Licensed and reputable doctors, dentists, and veterinarians may mix and give medicines they prepare themselves to their patients. Purely wholesale businesses run by people who owe permanent loyalty to the United States are allowed to operate if they are licensed pharmacists or employ at least one licensed pharmacist. People or firms who owe permanent loyalty to the United States but are not pharmacists may sell poisonous substances only for use in the arts or as insecticides if the packages are unopened and clearly labeled with the contents, the word "Poison", the name of at least one suitable antidote when practicable, and the seller’s name and address.
