Selling or serving colored oleomargarine or margarine that is not clearly labeled, contaminated, or labeled wrong under the federal food law reduces sales of butter and properly labeled oleomargarine and creates a burden on trade between states, Congress finds. This harm applies whether the product comes from another state or from the same state.
