Other federal agencies may sell, loan, lease, or give property and provide administrative or technical help to the Broadcasting Board of Governors when the Board asks. They must be paid back, and payments go back to the same fund the property or services came from. The Board may use grants, leases, contracts, or other methods it finds best to carry out the goals of section 1465a, if money is available.
