§2372a Renewal, Reissuance, Etc., of Export Licenses to or for Argentina

Summary
Export licenses issued on or before September 30, 1978 can be renewed, reissued, modified, or replaced later, as long as the new license does not change the original in any major way.

Any export license referred to in section 2372 11 See References in Text note below. of this title which is issued initially on or before September 30, 1978 may from time to time thereafter be renewed, reissued or modified (or in the event of lapse of such license, replacement licenses may be issued), provided that any such renewal, reissuance or modification (or any such replacement license) does not change significantly any such license as initially issued.
