Title 22 › Chapter 38— DEPARTMENT OF STATE › § 2684a
Creates a Capital Investment Fund inside the Department of State to buy and improve information technology and other capital items, and to help manage and use those resources efficiently. Money that is already available for those purposes can be put into the Fund and stays there until it is spent. The Fund’s money can only be used for those IT and capital purposes and may not be spent except by following the reprogramming notification rules in section 2706 of this title.
