No business or the people connected to it are required to give any information beyond what was already required before November 7, 1990. Federal departments and agencies enforcing the law must, for the surveys and questionnaires they use, (1) remove questions that are no longer needed, (2) coordinate so questions are consistent across agencies, and (3) add new questions to get more detailed statistics and analysis.
