Title 22 › Chapter 63— SUPPORT FOR EAST EUROPEAN DEMOCRACY (SEED) › Subchapter II— PRIVATE SECTOR DEVELOPMENT › § 5425
Allows some U.S. farm goods sent to Poland in fiscal years 1990, 1991, and 1992 to be sold or traded in Poland to create Polish currency. That money can be used to add to U.S. aid already allowed under sections 5413(b), 5421, and 5423, and to support the joint commission set up by section 2226 of the American Aid to Poland Act of 1988 (7 U.S.C. 1431 note). The funds should mainly go toward farm infrastructure, farm training, and other agricultural development in Poland. These uses are in addition to other uses already allowed by law.
