Title 22 › Chapter 80— DIPLOMATIC TELECOMMUNICATIONS SERVICE PROGRAM OFFICE (DTS-PO) › § 7303
Money can be provided as needed to run, maintain, upgrade, and invest in the DTS Network and its Program Office. Funds set aside for the DTS–PO can be used for two fiscal years after they are provided. The DTS–PO must charge an agency only for the bandwidth costs that are actually attributable to that agency and for specific projects the agency asks for, using the pricing method approved under section 7302(e)(1), when those costs were not already paid for by amounts set aside for the DTS–PO. The DTS–PO may take payments directly and may bill before, during, or after providing the service. Money it receives this way can also be used for two fiscal years.
