By the date the Rome Statute enters into force, the President must adopt procedures to stop classified security or law enforcement information from being transferred to the ICC, the United Nations, or ICC-party governments to aid investigations, arrests, or prosecutions of matters known to be under ICC investigation or prosecution, unless satisfactory assurances are received. Does not prohibit actions allowed under section 7427.
