§7903 Technology Inventory for Developing Countries

Summary

The Secretary of Energy, working with the Secretaries of State and Commerce, must make a list of U.S. technologies that lower greenhouse gas intensity and that are suitable to be shared with, used in, and sold in the developing countries named in an earlier report. Within 180 days after that list is finished, the Secretaries of State and Energy must send Congress a joint report that shows the inventory results, points out barriers to sharing and using the technologies, includes findings from earlier federal reports about them, and gives a market analysis.
