The President can use the powers in 50 U.S.C. sections 1702 and 1704 to carry out certain named parts of the law. Those parts include sections 8721–8726, section 8751, subchapters III and VII, section 8513b, and sections 8514a and 8514b. The penalties in 50 U.S.C. 1705(b) and (c) apply to anyone who breaks, tries to break, conspires to break, or causes a break of the rules or orders under those listed parts. Those penalties are the same as the ones for unlawful acts under 50 U.S.C. 1705(a).
