Lets an Indian tribe, tribal organization running programs under the Indian Self‑Determination and Education Assistance Act or the Tribally Controlled Schools Act of 1988, or an urban Indian organization under subchapter IV, buy employee coverage, rights, and benefits under chapters 89 and 87 of Title 5. They can do this only if the required employee deductions and agency contributions for that employment are currently deposited in the applicable Employee’s Fund.
