Creates an Office of Direct Service Tribes inside the Service. It must be located in the Office of the Director. The office must lead and support direct service tribes across the Service. It must help with planning and program review, make sure tribal health and support systems have flexibility, act as the main contact for policy talks and participation, meet with tribes at least twice a year for input, and run a national program that guides policy, program management, budgets, resource allocation, and delegation support.
