Title 25 › Chapter 29— INDIAN GAMING REGULATION › § 2702
Gives Indian tribes the legal basis to run gaming so they can grow their economies, become more self-reliant, and strengthen their governments. It also requires rules to keep gaming honest and free from organized crime, to make sure tribes are the main beneficiaries, and to set federal standards and a National Indian Gaming Commission to oversee gaming.
