Summary

By no later than 1 year after December 21, 2022, the Secretary must create rules and regulations to put this chapter into effect. The Secretary must do this while working with the Secretary of State, the Secretary of Homeland Security, and the Attorney General, and after talking with Indian Tribes and Native Hawaiian organizations.
