Title 25 › Chapter 45A— OKLAHOMA INDIAN WELFARE › § 5204
Ten or more Indians in Oklahoma — enrolled tribal members, their descendants, or those covered by the Act of June 18, 1934 (48 Stat. 984) — may be chartered by the Interior Secretary to form a cooperative for credit, production, marketing, consumer protection, or land management. They are governed by this chapter, Interior rules, and charter; otherwise Oklahoma law applies. One vote each; membership open to Indians in the district.
