Requires the executor or any other person who must file the estate tax return under section 6018 to give the IRS and every person who gets an interest in the property a written statement. The statement must list the value of each interest as shown on the estate tax return and any other information the IRS asks for. The statement must be given no later than the earlier of: 30 days after the return was due (including extensions) or 30 days after the return is filed. If the reported information later changes, a corrected statement must be sent within 30 days of the change. The IRS must make rules for cases where no return is needed and when another person may have better value information than the executor.
