Title 26 › Subtitle Subtitle H— Financing of Presidential Election Campaigns › Chapter 95— PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION CAMPAIGN FUND › § 9005
Within 10 days after a party's candidates for President and Vice President meet all the conditions to receive public general-election campaign funds, the Federal Election Commission must certify to the Treasury Secretary the full amount the candidates are entitled to. The Commission's certifications and decisions are final, except that they remain subject to the Commission's own audits and to review by the courts.
