Title 29 › Chapter 27— WOMEN IN APPRENTICESHIP AND NONTRADITIONAL OCCUPATIONS › § 2505
To get chosen for technical help paid for by those grants, an employer or labor union must apply to the Secretary when and how the Secretary asks and give the information requested. The application must include four things: explain why help is needed, say which apprentice or nontraditional jobs women would be trained or hired for, assure there will be suitable openings in those programs, and promise to try to place qualified women into those jobs.
