Authorizes specific yearly funding for carrying out sections 3221 through 3224 for fiscal years 2015–2020. Section 3221 is funded at $46,082,000 for 2015; $49,641,000 for 2016; $50,671,000 for 2017; $51,795,000 for 2018; $53,013,000 for 2019; and $54,137,000 for 2020. Section 3222 is funded at $81,896,000 for 2015; $88,222,000 for 2016; $90,052,000 for 2017; $92,050,000 for 2018; $94,214,000 for 2019; and $96,211,000 for 2020. Section 3223 is funded at $3,000,000 for 2015; $3,232,000 for 2016; $3,299,000 for 2017; $3,372,000 for 2018; $3,451,000 for 2019; and $3,524,000 for 2020. Section 3224 is funded at $91,000,000 for 2015; $98,029,000 for 2016; $100,063,000 for 2017; $102,282,000 for 2018; $104,687,000 for 2019; and $106,906,000 for 2020. If, on July 22, 2014, there were any unspent funds for section 2913 as it existed before that date, the Secretary of Labor must keep using those funds under the old rules until they are fully spent. The same rule applies to any unspent funds for subsections (f) and (g) of section 2918 as they existed before July 22, 2014.
