To get a grant or contract from an eligible agency, an eligible provider must file an application with the information and promises the agency asks for. The application must say how funds will be spent under this subchapter; describe any partnerships for delivering adult education and literacy; explain how services will follow the local plan under section 3123 and promote concurrent enrollment in subchapter I; show how the provider will meet the State adjusted performance levels in section 3141(b)(3) and collect data to report them; describe how it will carry out one-stop partner duties under section 3151(b)(1)(A); explain how services will meet eligible individuals’ needs; and include any information called for by section 3321(e).
