Title 29 › Chapter 16— VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION AND OTHER REHABILITATION SERVICES › § 716
Allows recipients of certain federal grant programs (including funds reallotted to them) to carry over unspent grant money into the next fiscal year. It also covers program income received during a year, for example reimbursement payments under the Social Security Act, if that income was not committed or spent before the next fiscal year began. Such carryover is allowed only if the recipient met any federal share (matching) rules that applied for the year the funds were awarded.
