Title 29 › Chapter 16— VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION AND OTHER REHABILITATION SERVICES › Subchapter IV— NATIONAL COUNCIL ON DISABILITY › § 784
The National Council can make its own bylaws and rules to carry out its work under this subchapter. It can hold hearings, meet when and where needed, and collect testimony and evidence it thinks useful. The Council can create unpaid advisory committees to help. It may use the U.S. mail like other federal agencies. With the consent of the agencies on the Interagency Disability Coordinating Council and as allowed in subchapter V, it can use those agencies’ services, staff, information, and facilities as needed, either with or without reimbursing them.
