A State that received assistance for fiscal year 2015 as of the day before July 22, 2014 may keep getting assistance for FY2015 or a succeeding fiscal year if one of two things is true. Either no nonprofit applied and was approved to operate the center by the Administrator’s deadline under sections 796f–1 or 796f–2, or the Administrator, after funding all approved nonprofit applications, still has funds available to support the State’s center.
