Insurance policies issued under this law must include a clause that follows the rules in section 935. They must also say that if the employer becomes bankrupt or is discharged in bankruptcy, the insurer still must pay benefits for disability or death that happened while the policy was in force. An insurer may not cancel a policy before its stated end date unless at least 30 days have passed after a cancellation notice was sent to both the deputy commissioner and the employer under the rules in subsection (c) of section 912.
