Makes grants to support new assistive technologies for specially adapted housing. People or groups who want a grant must apply the way the Secretary tells them. Each grant can be up to $200,000 per fiscal year and must be awarded by April 1. Grant money must be used to develop assistive technologies for specially adapted housing. By March 1 after any year with grants, the Secretary must tell Congress each recipient’s name, the grant amount, and the grant’s goal. Up to $1,000,000 from readjustment benefits funds is available each fiscal year. Grant authority runs from October 1, 2011, through September 30, 2026.
