Creates a fund in the U.S. Treasury called the "Native American Veteran Housing Loan Program Account." The money in this fund is for the Secretary to make direct housing loans to Native American veterans and to pay related administrative costs. The funds do not expire at the end of a fiscal year. For loans under section 3762A, the Secretary may use up to $5,000,000 in fiscal year 2025. After fiscal year 2025, the Secretary may use whatever amount is needed each year to meet demand for those loans.
