Title 42 › Chapter 113— STATE JUSTICE INSTITUTE › § 10710
The Institute can require anyone who gets a grant, cooperative agreement, or contract under this law to send reports and keep records about how they use the money. The Institute may inspect those records at reasonable times to make sure recipients follow the rules. Copies of monitoring or inspection reports must be given to the recipient and kept at the Institute’s main office for at least five years. The public can view the reports during normal business hours and can get copies for a fee the Institute sets. Non‑Federal money must be tracked and reported separately from Federal funds.
