Gives three officials the right to see, examine, and copy records, as allowed by other laws. The Comptroller General (or their authorized reps) can access any records in any form held by the Corporation or by a State or local government, U.S. territory, Indian tribe, or public or private nonprofit group that gets help under this chapter when those records are needed for an evaluation, audit, or review. The Corporation’s Chief Financial Officer can access records that relate to the CFO’s duties. The Corporation’s Inspector General can access records that relate to the assistance and to the Inspector General’s duties under chapter 4 of title 5.
