The Secretary must give the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) the name, address, and other identifying details of anyone the Secretary knows is not legally in the United States. This must happen at least 4 times a year and whenever the INS asks. The Secretary must also require that every federal public housing assistance contract with a public housing agency makes the agency give the same information, at the same times, about anyone the agency knows is not legally in the United States.
