Sets out short meanings of key words used for wildfire agreements and who pays legal costs. "Assume any and all liability" — pay any judgments, settlements, fines, penalties, and costs from the related lawsuit (including legal fees), cover costs to handle the case, and for a Federal firefighter, provide and pay for their legal defense. "Federal firefighter" — a person provided by the Secretary of Agriculture or the Secretary of the Interior under agreements made under section 1856n of this title. "Foreign fire organization" — a foreign government, public agency, or private group that has wildfire protection resources. "Foreign firefighter" — a person provided by a foreign fire organization under an agreement made under section 1856n of this title. "Wildfire" — any forest or range fire. "Wildfire protection resources" — people, supplies, equipment, or other items used for preventing or fighting wildfires.
