§18777 Harmonization of Efforts and Data

Summary

By November 15, 2022, the Administrator must create a system to match up, as much as possible while keeping data accurate, the agency’s data collection with the Environmental Protection Agency, other federal agencies, and state or regional energy credit registries. The system must also link the data gathered under this subchapter — including the electricity generation operating data in section 18772(a) — and EPA emissions measurements with those other groups’ data, and match reporting on energy impacts and the community-level economic and environmental impacts called for in section 18773(b)(1)(C) with similar efforts by EPA and other federal agencies.
