Title 43 › Chapter 8A— GRAZING LANDS › Subchapter I— GENERALLY › § 315i
All money collected under this part must be put into the U.S. Treasury as miscellaneous receipts, except as allowed in sections 315h and 315j. At the end of each fiscal year, the Secretary of the Treasury must pay 12.5 percent of grazing fees collected under section 315b and 50 percent of receipts collected under section 315m to the State where the grazing districts or leased lands are located. Each State must spend those funds as its legislature directs for the counties that contain the districts or lands. If a district or leased tract is in more than one State or county, each gets a share based on how much of the area lies in it.
