Title 43 › Chapter 12— RECLAMATION AND IRRIGATION OF LANDS BY FEDERAL GOVERNMENT › Subchapter X— PAYMENT OF CONSTRUCTION CHARGES › § 485d
The Secretary can require contracts to set payments to the United States on up to two dates a year, timed near users' crop returns. If the contract is with an organization, it can require the group to collect assessments before those payments on agreed dates.
