Defines key words the Bureau uses to manage and protect water and related resources. "Asset" means property the Bureau uses for its work, like buildings, project parts, power equipment, recreation sites, housing, and heavy or installed equipment, including items called mission critical. "Asset Management Report" means the Bureau’s yearly Asset Management Plan and any public materials that summarize how it manages its infrastructure. "Major repair and rehabilitation need" means large, one-time maintenance at a Reclamation facility, including dam-safety work, extraordinary or deferred major maintenance, and other significant repairs.
