Title 43 › Chapter 22— RIGHTS-OF-WAY AND OTHER EASEMENTS IN PUBLIC LANDS › § 962
Gives any company formed to transport crude or refined oil permission to use public land in Colorado and Wyoming outside Yellowstone if it files a copy of its articles of incorporation and proof of organization with the Secretary of the Interior. The permission covers the land under the pipeline plus 25 feet on each side of its center line and lets the company take nearby earth, rock, and stone needed to build the pipeline.
