Send Congress a report in January each year and whenever needed. The Archivist must say how the Administration, National Historical Publications and Records Commission, and National Archives Trust Fund run programs and use appropriated and nonappropriated funds; summarize grantee research, publications, and funding; list Trust Fund Board accounts, assets, and transfers to the Administration for other agencies; and include the matters in section 2904(c)(8) of this title.
