No later than 1 year after February 22, 2012, and every year after, the First Responder Network Authority must send an annual report to the relevant congressional committees about the previous fiscal year. The report must describe the Authority’s work, activities, finances, and accomplishments under this law, and include any recommendations the Authority thinks Congress or federal agencies should consider. Members of the Authority’s Board and its employees must be available to testify before those congressional committees about the annual report, any audit report done under section 1429 of this title, or any other matter the committees choose.
