Removes the word "Hawaii" from specific parts of four federal securities laws. It deletes "Hawaii" from paragraph (6) of section 2 of the Securities Act of 1933; from paragraph (16) of section 3(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934; from paragraph (37) of section 2(a) and paragraph (1) of section 6(a) of the Investment Company Act of 1940; and from paragraph (18) of section 202(a) of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940.

(a)Paragraph (6) of section 2 of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, is further amended by striking out the word ‘Hawaii.’.
“(b)Paragraph (16) of section 3(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, is further amended by striking out the word ‘Hawaii,’.
“(c)Paragraph (37) of section 2(a) and paragraph (1) of section 6(a) of the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended, are each amended by striking out the word ‘Hawaii,’.
“(d)Paragraph (18) of section 202(a) of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as amended, is further amended by striking out the word ‘Hawaii,’.
