§5568 Authorization of Appropriations

Summary
The Secretary of Transportation may receive up to $15,000,000 to carry out section 5562(a)(1) and (3), and up to $2,500,000 each for sections 5562(a)(2) and 5562(a)(4). Money for this chapter can be used until it is all spent.

(a)General.—
The following amounts may be appropriated to the Secretary of Transportation:
(1)not more than $15,000,000 to carry out section 5562(a)(1) and (3) of this title.
(2)not more than $2,500,000 to carry out section 5562(a)(2) of this title.
(3)not more than $2,500,000 to carry out section 5562(a)(4) of this title.
(b)Availability of Amounts.—
Amounts appropriated to carry out this chapter remain available until expended.
