Assigns who is responsible for carrying out the rules in this subchapter. The Director of the Office of Government Ethics, the agency’s designated ethics official, or the agency Secretary must handle matters for the officers and employees named in paragraphs (1) through (8) of section 13103(f). The Senate Select Committee on Ethics and the House Committee on Ethics handle those named in paragraphs (9) and (10). The Judicial Conference handles those named in paragraphs (11) and (12) and can give its authority to an ethics committee it creates.
