Title 5 › Part III— EMPLOYEES › Subpart B— Employment and Retention › Chapter 33— EXAMINATION, SELECTION, AND PLACEMENT › Subchapter III— DETAILS, VACANCIES, AND APPOINTMENTS › § 3
Agency heads may decide which cyber jobs at their agency can take part in a rotational cyber workforce program, but employees must volunteer to join. When an agency head makes such a decision, they must tell the Director and give the Director the required details for each job. The Director, with help from the Councils and the Secretary, will make a list of those eligible jobs. For each job the list will show the job title, occupational series, grade or work level, the agency and duty location, and the main duties. The list will support the rotation program and the Director must share an updated list with each agency head and other appropriate groups at least once a year.
