Each agency head must name one person in the agency to be the internship coordinator. The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) must post online each coordinator’s name and contact, the application steps and deadlines for each internship, and links to the web pages with that information. Defined terms: "Internship program" means volunteer programs under section 3111(b); internships under Executive Order 13562 (December 27, 2010; 75 FR 82585); similar paid internship programs run by nongovernmental groups under written agreements; or similar programs authorized by other laws. "Intern" means a person in an internship. "Agency" means an Executive agency.
