Defines terms. Agency — as in section 3502 of title 44. Director — the OMB Director (head of the Office of Management and Budget). Government service delivery — any agency action to deliver benefits or services to individuals or entities, including contractors and nonprofits. Government service delivery channel — how people interact with the Federal Government (in person, mail, phone, online, third parties). High impact service provider — a program the Director designates for its public impact.
