Each report must say how many people were assigned to and from each agency and give a short description of every assignment. That description must name the person, the private organization and the exact agency or bureau involved, the job titles and duties and the pay grade, and the length and goals of the assignment. OPM can add other information it thinks is needed. The reports must be printed in the Federal Register and posted online, and agencies must give OPM any information it asks for.
