Summary
Protects an accountable employee from being forced to repay money when the payment was made in the normal course and the employee did not commit fraud, work with others to cheat, or act with extreme carelessness.

An accountable employee may not be held responsible for a payment made in violation of this subchapter when the payment made is in due course and without fraud, collusion, or gross negligence.
