When the Secretary of Labor directs, a federal agency must give the State agency or Secretary the information the Secretary's rules require to decide compensation; except for corrections under those rules, agency findings about section 8521(a)(1), service periods, pay grade at last discharge, and pay schedules in section 8521(a)(2) are final for sections 8502(d) and 8503(c).
