Title 50 › Chapter 10— HELIUM GAS › § 167i
Rules in the Natural Gas Act do not apply to selling, extracting, processing, moving, or storing helium, whether before or after it is separated from natural gas. When setting a natural gas company's rates under sections 4 and 5, officials must leave out all helium sale income, all direct helium costs, and the volume-based share of any joint costs.
